Our soda Big Picture Soda is made from the very best artesian spring water and pure care sugar. Our all-natural, vitamin-C enriched soda is infused with exotic pineapple and passion fruits flavorings and bottled in a glass to preserve the fresh taste. Our Story In 2005, Met advisor Sharon Pacheco led her 15 students in a year long project to develop a great tasting, all-natural soda. at the same time, 16 year old MET student Yesenia Mercado was taking part in entrepreneurship 360, a unique seminar taught at the MET school. in keeping with the MET's cutting edge philosophy, the seminar provided students with hands-on experience in the business world with the help of local entrepreneurs and the national foundation for teaching entrepreneurship (NFTE). Yesenia, sensing the potential of Ms. Pacheco's soda research project, decided to write a business plan for specialty soda business. Yesenia and fellow student, DJ Hall, teamed up to take the project to the next level, turning this business plan into a reality. In october of 2006, they hired nine students to form the first management team. The following month, the team secured $10,000 in private financing to launch their company, Big Picture Soda. On December 12,2006, Big Picture Soda Company produced its first bottle of all-natural passion soda in partnership with Yacht Club Bottling Co.
